The notify action sends the string as a message to the user.
Not all KiSS viewers support the
notify action. Implementation
may vary from viewer to viewer. In
Direct KiSS, notify will display
a message to the user in a
modal
pop-up dialog.

string is a standard string, surrounded by quotation marks.
